I chose Starking & Watson estate agent on the recommendation of a friend of mine who sold two properties through them. What I can say about this company was that they didn’t undervalue my property to get a quick sale. They priced it correctly but they worked hard to sell it. I know very well there are some companies that undervalue the property and achieve quick sale. Not these guys! They had my best interest in mind and they worked hard to achieve it.
